Confirm after-school pickup

Confirming I will pick up [Child] today at [time] at [school / door]. Please text only if something changes before then.

Early release / half day

School releases at [time] on [date]. I will pick up [Child] at [location] then. If you are scheduled instead, reply by [deadline] so we do not leave [Child] waiting.

You are running late

I am about [X] minutes behind for the [time] pickup at [location]. New ETA [time]. Sorry for the delay—[Child] will still get [snack / homework plan] as planned.

They are late

We are at [location] for the [time] handoff. Please send an ETA. If you need a permanent time change, propose two options in writing for next week.

Activity after school

[Child] has [activity] from [start]–[end] at [place]. I will drop off / pick up as scheduled. Equipment: [list]. Reply only if that conflicts with the plan.
